Yair Dabush Speaks on His Youtube Journey

“Obstacles can’t stop you. Problems can’t stop you. Most of all, other people can’t stop you. Only you can stop you.” Living by these words, Yair Dabush built a successful Youtube channel called ‘YairDD’ where he uploads videos of him playing games like Clash Royale and Fortnite and answering to quizzes with his fans. It wasn’t an easy journey though as it took him years to get to where he is today. He started getting traction in December 2016 and since then he kept growing.

His Youtube channel has more than 43k subscribers currently with over 7 million total channel views (Almost as much as Israel’s population), making him one of the most known names in the Israeli Youtube community.

Yair was born in Israel and he is 22 years old. He always dreamt of being a successful Youtuber and a businessman, When he was 13 he filmed a video talking about business, and showed it in his Bar Mitzvah event, which was his first video ever in his way to becoming a Youtuber. After a lot of work, he achieved the goals he set for himself. He’s one of the biggest YouTubers in Israel and has many lucrative ventures.

We asked him how much money can people make from Youtube, and he said:

“You can make a lot of money off Youtube, it all depends on the videos’ niche and the number of views you get. Gaming YouTubers earn around $3 per 1,000 views. And Financial Youtubers can earn up to $100 per 1,000 views. But don’t look at it as a job because you’ll give up quickly. Create videos because it’s fun and then you’ll see the money.”
